The Nata Lodge has risen from the ashes (it burned down in
2008) with luxury wood-and-thatch chalets, stylish safari tents and a good campsite all set
amidst a verdant oasis of monkey thorn, marula and
mokolane
palms. The attempts at in-
corporating San and desert artwork into the general vibe of the place are subtle yet effect-
ively accomplished. Game drives into the pans start at P165 per person; cultural tours of
Nata village (P115) are also organised, while dinner costs P140.
