in the poster for Alice in Wonderland (2010) reflect the same Intermediate Major chord as
the colour selection in Anna Karenina (2012), but the difference in saturated versus less
intense colour creates a marked difference between the posters.

Due to the large variation in tone among Major Tonal Chord colour combinations, these
types of tonal chords give rise to areas of strong contrast which provide the right conditions
for good legibility for headlines, titles and important areas of text.
