Observation of construction projects in Australia
Projects were well organised from a site layout point of view. Sites were tidy with
planned access facilities and good access roads. Extensive use was made of coloured
edge barriers to identify access routes. The separation of work areas, material storage
areas and site compounds was clearly defined.

requirements appeared
to be rigorously enforced
