Site strategy

The build sequence is shown for houses 1 to 9.
●
The access road is to be constructed to base course level prior to commencing the
foundations work.
●
A double garage (marked block G) to be constructed in order to be used as a
secure lock up store for the project.
●
Ground floor slabs for units 5, 6 and 7 to be completed. Block 7 is to be used as a
fabrication area for the site manufacture of the timber frame wall and floor panels.
Completed panels to be stored on block 5 and 6 prior to erection by safe handler.
●
Temporary site office and plant and materials store (marked 1 and 2 on the layout
plan) to be provided together with attached toilet facilities.
●
Completed timber framed panels to be stored on the ground floor slab areas of
blocks 5 and 6 prior to erection.
