The building will have its own source of sustainable heat and power generation
using bio fuel and waste cooling oil. The building has been designed as a zero carbon
emissions building and designated as an energy plus building.
Four and a half acres of the site have been developed as a public space.

A café within the atrium provides a communal focus.
A restaurant area on the eighth floor provides extensive city views.
320 person auditorium at ground floor level.
Full disabled access.
Extensive parking for 150 cars and 105 bicycles.
The cost budget for the final project was forecast within the range of £2200 and
£2500 per square metre.
