The sequence of work for the main factory unit commences with the construction of
a high bay portal adjacent to the gable of the water treatment building. This is fol-
lowed by the erection of the four bay 40 m span portals forming the remainder of the
main factory unit. On completion of the main factory unit, the construction of the
two bay portal framed rear main building commenced.
