Main Lines
Services between Devon and Cornwall's towns and cities on the London Paddington to Penzance mainline are generally
good. Trains normally run at least hourly, sometimes more frequently. The National Rail Enquiries website

hours, hourly), Plymouth to Truro (£10, 1¼ hours, hourly) and Truro to Exeter (£40, 2½ hours, hourly).

Branch lines also fan out from the main London-Penzance intercity routes. Key ones include Exeter to Barnstaple,
Exeter to Exmouth, Liskeard to Looe, Newton Abbot to Torquay and Paignton, Par to Newquay, Plymouth to Gun-
