crisp white tablecloths create a cool and contemporary space, while the menu offers a
wealth of seafood. The best tables are near the window overlooking the harbour; ask when
you book. Set menus (two-/three-courses £16.95/19.95) are available between 5.30pm and
7.30pm.

the mussels 'steamed in Cornish stingers' and the excellent Alfresco Chowder. When the
sun's shining and the doors are open onto the wharf, it all feels deliciously continental.

food and game with a French-Italian flavour. Fish fans might like to go for the 'Oysters &
Shells' menu: a fresh St Ives crab with chili jam, perhaps, or Helford oysters served with a
red wine and shallot vinaigrette. The 2-/3-course early dining menu is fab value at £15.95/
19.95, and served from 6pm to 7pm.
