For sit-down dining in St Agnes, look no further than this swish bistro beside the turning
to Trevaunance Cove. It's a relaxed affair, with pine tables, candles in kilner jars and
flowers in bottles on every table, and the food is classic British brasserie: lemon sole with
wild garlic, or pork chop with pears and smoked crackling.
Driftwood Spars

Hunkered in by Trevaunance Cove, the Driftwood is an old warhorse of a pub - it's been
around for at least two centuries - but it's as popular as ever. The beamed bars are full of
character, while the upstairs restaurant is light, bright and pine-filled. They brew their own
ale, too: try light Lou's Brew or malty Bolster's Blood.
