There's been an eatery here for more than 30 years, time enough to perfect a style of
English-meets-European cuisine. Dishes focus on local fish, meat and game; prepare to
enjoy the rich Brixham crab bisque with scallops, sea bass with smoked pancetta or the
south Devon steak with a punchy blue-cheese sauce. Then try to resist the dessert trio:
clever twists on sticky toffee pudding, rhubarb and custard, and iced dark chocolate par-
fait.

tables at this acclaimed, intimate eatery. The result is an unusual menu where smoked

run restaurant. Goodies range from authentic pizzas and golden pasta, to dishes that mix
local produce with a dash of the Med - look out for Devon fillet steak with prawn and

A restaurant to remember. Torbay's Michelin-starred eatery is defined by imaginative
flavour fusions: halibut with smoked eel and lovage; Brixham crab with mango and
