Yuco Moments MODERN ARGENTINE When reclusive Chef Fernando Sharpf
moved from downtown out to this stunning location near the Llao Llao hotel, he took
things up a notch. His cuisine was already very inventive, but here it's fantastically flavor-
ful and deeply detailed. D ishes are generally trios or sampling menus center ed around
one main ingredient: lamb, local trout, or leek, for example. Each is pr epared delicately
in three or four unique ways. The dessert list includes a chocolate tasting. The views, of
course, are stunning, so try to arrive before sunset. Your meal here will be unforgettable.
Yuco is also open for afternoon tea, but call ahead because hours ar e sporadic.
