A professional Web site requires a considerable amount of plan-
ning. Although planning might seem like a lot of work, it will help
you avoid reworking site elements. In the end, planning will save
you time and frustration. To create an effective Web site, you must
have a clear idea of the site's goals; planning enables you to deter-
mine what you need from a Web site and how the site will meet
those needs.
