You can access Dreamweaver help topics by using context-sensitive help, which
opens the Help topic related to the feature you are using. You access context-
sensitive help from many dialog boxes, toolbars, and panels about which you
have a question. You'll use context-sensitive help to learn more about the text-
formatting features of the Property inspector.
To get context-sensitive help about the Property inspector:

On the home page, select the block of body text below the horizontal rule.
In the upper-right corner of the Property inspector, click the
options
button then
click the
Help
button. Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 online help opens.

Read the information about editing CSS rules and setting HTML formatting in the
Property inspector.
