Trouble? If the Adobe Shockwave Player home page does not open, you need
to download the latest version of the Shockwave Player. Go to the Adobe site at
www.adobe.com/downloads , click the Get Adobe Shockwave Player button to
start the download, follow the prompts to download and install the latest version
of the Shockwave Player, close the browser, and then repeat Step 1.

2. Click the Shockwave Player and Flash Player comparison link and click the
Quick Comparison Chart link, read the information, and then click the Back
button on the browser toolbar twice to return to the Adobe Shockwave Player
home page.

3. Click the Shockwave Player Statistics link, and then read the adoption statistics.

4. Click the VERSION PENETRATION link to view browser penetration statistics.
