Trouble? The Data Files are all of the files that you will need to complete the
exercises in the topic. If you don't have the starting Data Files, you need to get
them before you can proceed. Your instructor will either give you the Data Files
or ask you to obtain them from a specified location such as a network drive. If
you are working independently, you can download the Data Files from the Course
Technology Web site. In either case, make a backup copy of the Data Files before
you start so that you have the original files available in case you need to start
over. If you have any questions about the Data Files, see your instructor or techni-
cal support person for assistance.

Trouble? If a dialog box opens, indicating that Internet Explorer needs to open a
new window to display the Web page, click the OK button and then close all open
browser windows when instructed to close the browser in these tutorials.
Trouble? If the Information Bar displays the message, “Intranet settings are now
turned off by default. Intranet settings are less secure than Internet settings. Click
here for options.”, then you need to enable intranet settings. Whenever this mes-
sage appears in these tutorials, click the Information Bar, click Enable Intranet
Settings, and then click the Yes button in the security dialog box.
