Keeping a Copy of Unedited Graphics
When you edit a graphic, usually, the actual graphic is altered and the edits cannot be
undone. It is a good idea to keep a copy of the original graphic outside the local root
folder so that you can reinsert the original graphic in the page if you dislike the edited
version. All of the original graphics used in the NextBest Fest site are included with your
Data Files.
You don't want to use the edited brian.jpg graphic. First, you'll delete the edited ver-
sion of the image from the page and from the graphics folder. Then, you'll reinsert the
original, unedited image.
To delete the edited brian.jpg image and reinsert the original file:
1. In the Document window, select the brian.jpg graphic, and then press the Delete
key. The graphic is removed from the page.
2. In the Files panel, expand the graphics folder, if necessary, select the brian.jpg
file, and then press the Delete key. The file is removed from the graphics folder.
Trouble? If a dialog box pops up warning you that the file you are deleting is
linked to other files, click the Yes button to delete anyway.
3. In the Document window, click in the line below the page heading, if necessary,
to place the insertion point.
On the Common tab of the Insert panel, click the Image button in the Images list.
The Select Image Source dialog box opens.
