AP div stacking order changed
TICKETS AP div
in front of the
available AP div
4. Save the page, and then preview it in a browser. The text in the available AP div
is hidden behind the TICKETS AP div.
5. Close the browser.
You'll reorder the available AP div so that the content in both AP divs is visible. The
available AP div is stacked behind the TICKETS AP div. When you select the back AP div
or make the back AP div active, the back AP div temporarily moves to the front so that
you can modify it. The z -index number in the Property inspector and in the AP Elements
panel remains unchanged.
To work with the available AP div stacked behind the TICKETS AP div:
1. In the Document window, click in the available AP div to make it active, and
then click the selection handle to select it. The available AP div moves to the
front. Although the available AP div appears in front of the TICKETS AP div in the
Document window, the z -index number in the Property inspector and in the AP
Elements panel remains as 1.
2. In the Document window, select the available AP div, and then, in the AP
Elements panel, in the Z column next to available, type 2 .
In the Document window, click a blank area outside the available AP div to dese-
lect it. Both AP divs have an index number of 2, and the available text is visible in
the Document window. See Figure 4-38.
