We've received many complaints about cars being stopped as they enter Virpazar and given the hard sell for a
particular hotel and their boat tours. We strongly recommend that you politely ignore such advances, park else-
where and speak to the nice folks at the visitor centre before committing to anything.

cruises are offered every two hours by this association of small local operators; enquire at
the tourist office for the next departure. Two-hour cruises are the norm, although longer
trips can be arranged. We've heard glowing reports about one particular boat, the Golden
Frog (

Undiscovered Montenegro

British couple specialises in week-long, all-inclusive, lake-based itineraries (per person
€530 including accommodation at Villa Miela, Click here ), but it also offers an accom-
modation booking service and day tours. Options include guided hikes (from €30 per per-
son), kayaking (from €40 per person), caving (from €60 per person), boat tours (€20 to
€40 per person), fishing (€60 per trip), car safaris (from €60 per person), wine tours
(from €30 per person), 'wine-dining' (from €40 per person), honey trails (from €25 per
person), and expert-led photo-trekking (from €60 per person) and birdwatching (€250 per
trip).
