FERRY
Ferries go to and from Tarifa (Spain) from Tanger Port, in the city; all other destinations

TAXI
Grands taxis
(shared taxis) leave from a lot next to the main bus station. Destinations in-
clude Tetouan (Dh25, one hour; change for Chefchaouen) and, for Ceuta, Fnideq (Dh40,
one hour).
TRAIN
Five trains depart daily from Tanger Ville, 3km southeast of the city centre, to Casablanca
(Dh125, five hours), Rabat (Dh95, 3½ hours), Fez (Dh80, 4½ hours) and Marrakesh.
Some services involve changing at Sidi Kacem. A night service goes all the way to Mar-
rakesh (seat/couchette Dh205/350, 12 hours).
