anesthesia. The animal is well anesthetized when a loss of sensory/
reflex response is observed, i.e., nonresponse to tail pinching, or
paw pinching.

scalpel handle and blades, straight fine scissors, micro-scissors).
15. Cotton swabs.

20. Nonabsorbable 5-0 silk black suture.
