Methods
The flow chart describing the experimental procedures is shown in
Fig. 1 .
3.1
Infection
1. During the injection procedure, keep P. berghei ANKA inocu-
lum at 37°C using a mobile water bath.
2. Take a 1 mL sterile syringe with 0.33 × 12 mm needle.
3. Fill in the syringe with 200
L P. berghei ANKA suspension.
4. Hold the mice by the neck using forefinger and the skin using
other fingers.
5. Bulge the abdomen of the mice.
6. Proceed to IP injections of 200

L P. berghei ANKA suspen-
sion per mouse.
1. At day 6, randomized mice in four groups of 15 mice.
2. At day 6, day 7, and day 8, for a mouse weighing 20 g, proceed
to intraperitoneal injection of:
