ACCESS:
Trail open 24/7; park open sunrise-sunset. This is formally part of Saguaro National
Park West, for which admission is $10/$5 per car/pedestrian, valid for 1 week in both Saguaro Na-
tional Park (SNP) districts; $25 for 1-year car pass; all National Park Service annual passes accep-
ted. Note, however, that there is nowhere to pay nearby—the visitor center (2700 N. Kinney Rd.) is
an hour's drive away.

COMMENTS:
Horses are permitted as far as the pass, but rarely encountered; no dogs, pets,
camping, or mountain bikes allowed. This route is waterless and extremely hot in summer.
