VII Photo Workshops.
In 2001, seven of the world's top photojournalists started a photo
agency to efficiently document an unflinching record of the injustices created and experien-
ced by world events. This team of award-winning reporters is now trotting around the country
doing weekend workshops and offering trips for amateur and serious photographers. For ex-
ample, in November 2006, Gary Knight and Alexandra Boulat took 20 participants to Israel
for a seven-day course that produced a photo essay of the historic city of Jerusalem. Later
that month, Knight took yet another group of 20 to Cambodia. Prices and events vary greatly;
the Cambodia trip, which included accommodations at the Foreign Correspondents Club, was
$2,800, and the Jerusalem trip, without accommodations, was $1,550. Check the website for
