The spent floricanes can be removed directly
after harvest and the new primocanes trained
to the trellis. It does not matter if this job is
delayed as the primocanes can sprawl on the
ground until there is time to weave/bundle
them on to the support.

Select three of the strongest primocanes and bundle them along the wires; cut out the rest.
