In-Depth Information
There is no public or airline transport between Nicosia and Larnaka or Pafos airports. You
can, however, take a service taxi to either airport, but make sure you leave at least an extra
hour for your journey, as picking up and dropping off other passengers can take a long
time. This particularly applies to those flying from Pafos airport, because passengers trav-
elling from Nicosia to Pafos with a service taxi have to change in Lemesos, which can
sometimes include a wait of around 30 minutes.
A service taxi to Larnaka airport will cost around €15, and it's around €30 to Pafos air-
port. Service taxis will drop you off at the airports, but won't pick you up. The only way
to get into Nicosia from either of these airports is by renting a car or hiring a taxi (which
may turn out to be quite expensive). Check whether your hotel organises airport pick-ups.
