Most midrange and top-end hotels provide wi-fi access, as do many cafes if you purchase
a drink. There are a few internet cafes in town; the tourist office can provide you with a
list.
MEDICAL SERVICES
If you need a private doctor or pharmacy, ring [tel]9090 1432. Visiting hours for doctors
are normally from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm. Local newspapers list pharmacies that
are open during the night, and on weekends and holidays, as well as the names of doctors

The CTO's head office is in the New City, though it's not really geared to handling over-
the-counter queries from the public.

At the Ledra St crossing, this municipal office has multilingual leaflets about the city.
Look for the large Peace sign on your left just before the border. There are also regular
photographic exhibitions and similar, generally with an evocative, thought-provoking
theme.
