Overlooking the sea, this ancient necropolis of 19 tombs cut into the rock is attributed to
the Hellenistic and Roman periods. The chambers are practically identical, with wide
steps leading down into the simple tombs, which have stone benches originally designed
to hold sarcophagi. The site was heavily looted during the 1870s.
Further excavations have found remnants of a quarry and evidence of ancient Greek in-
terments. The site is well-signposted on the main road west of Agia Napa.

Beaches
Nissi Beach
BEACH
The main attraction, Nissi Beach boasts crystal-clear, shallow water, soft white sand and a
picturesque rock island about 60m from its shore. In summer it gets extremely crowded
with sunbathers, umbrellas, music and beach loungers, but it all seems to work. Well
stocked with bars, water sports and shower amenities, it's 3km from the centre square, so
most arrive by scooter or bicycle.
Kermia Beach
BEACH
Ideal for those who prefer a quiet spot where it's easier to find a sunbed, Kermia Beach is
about 2km east of Napa towards Cape Greco. This is a wonderfully secluded beach with
golden sands and a rock break. A great choice for families.
Konnos Beach
BEACH
Bordering Paralimni, 2km past Kermia Beach, this lovely long stretch of white sand is
sheltered by the bay and hills behind it. All kinds of water sports are on offer here, perfect
with the placid waves.
Pantahou
BEACH
Starting from Agia Napa's fishing harbour this strip of sand swings east for 1km. There
are loads of eating and snacking options and bundles of activities on offer. Be aware that it
gets extremely crowded in July and August.

Tours & Activities
A variety of big boats, glass-bottom boats and speedboats operate out of Agia Napa's re-
modelled harbour. Most do round trips to Cape Greco, Konnos Bay, Protaras or Pernera.
The waters from Nissi Bay to Cape Greco and Konnos Bay up to Protaras are excep-
