Located 7km south of Goudi on the B7, this 200-year-old listed watermill has been su-
perbly renovated and now houses a museum, a coffee shop and a traditional bakery. The
museum displays the traditional (and historical) equipment necessary for making bread
while the bakery sells delicious rolls with haloumi which you can enjoy with a coffee or
beer overlooking the stream with orchards across the way.

Finikkas CYPRIOT
( % 2633 2336; Dhrousia; mains €9-11, meze €13; h noon-9pm Tue-Sat Apr-Sep; c )
Located just off the crossroad in the centre of town, this is the village's most popular tav-
erna sporting a traditional dining room and typical menu of meaty mains like grilled
souvlaki and lamb kebabs, as well as a generous (some may say porky…) 15 dish meze.
Kathikas
Pop 335
This is the most easily accessible village from Pafos, midway between Pafos and Polis on
the E709. Famous for its vineyards and wine, it is home to several popular restaurants.
You can also spy one of Cyprus' so-called tree monuments located just outside the village
here: the Cypress tree of Agios Nikolaos is a lofty 14m high, with a pensionable age of
more than 700 years.

o Imogen's Inn CYPRIOT
( % 2663 3269; Georgiou Kleanthous St; meze €16.50, pizza €6.50; h 10am-3.30pm Thu-Tue)
For something different, head to Imogen's, located at the entrance to the village and which
resembles a French bistro, with the sounds of jazz and blues tinkling into the garden that
sprawls out under a large fig tree. Try the vegetarian meze, it's delicious.
Imogen has recently opened a small pizza restaurant and takeaway out front here, as
well. All the pizzas are the same reasonable price and include four toppings.
