Wine Route 6 takes in over 14 villages, two wineries and some of the best family-owned vineyards in the region. It
is well signposted the whole way: look out for the green and burgundy signs that have a grape symbol and the num-
ber six on them. The route is one long, winding loop, so make lots of rest stops, allocate a designated driver or
watch the amount of wine you consume. Visiting times at the wineries are fairly flexible, so it's a good idea to call
