HANDMADE CYPRUS CHOCOLATES
Cyprus Chocolates CHOCOLATES
( % 9976 6446; www.cypruschocolate.com ; Leoforos Archiepiskopou Makariou III; h 9.30am-5.30pm)
This place would happily fit in on a big city high street, instead of on a quiet corner of Platres, although word is
out and, apparently, even Queen Elizabeth II is a fan. Beautifully packaged handmade chocolates are available,
including flava chocolate enhanced with Cyprus royal jelly, and promoted as being beneficial to your health (as if
we needed any persuading…).
They also produce chocolates infused with herbal flavours like fresh cardamom, wild rosemary and garden
mint. Workshops are held both in making chocolates and creating art with chocolate (from €35 per person).
