Finish Add the darks around the eyes and muzzle with the 2B pencil and
blend with a tortillion. Lift out a few lights on the muzzle with the eraser.
Add additional shading and blending as necessary.
springer spaniel
This puppy belonged to my neighbor. Springer spaniels have soft, silky fur.
The hair becomes longer and wavier on an adult, especially on the ears.
Springers were developed as working dogs, specifically for hunting, and
have very intelligent faces. Their tails are sometimes docked so they don't
get caught and tangled in brambles and thorns when hunting.
