Long, Flowing Fur
Use smooth, sweeping strokes. Fur usually grows in layers, so there may be
shorter, denser fur under the longer hairs. Use more pressure on the pencil
for the darker strokes.
Soft, Fluffy Fur
Draw shorter, varying strokes, and blend with a tortillion. Use the buildup
of graphite on the tortillion to draw soft fur strokes at the edges.
