Add a few details with the 2B pencil, including delicate whiskers. Use the eraser to
lift out some white fur. Cut the end off the eraser with a craft knife if necessary to
create a sharp edge. Dot highlights into the eyes with white watercolor paint and a
small round paintbrush.
calico
Calico cats are nearly always female, and they have fur that is a combina-
tion of white, black, brown or cinnamon. Cats with a brindle coat with no
white are called “tortoiseshell.”
