Fill in Color
Touch up the sketch lines if necessary with the Raw Umber pencil. Fill in the base
color with the Burnt Sienna pastel pencil and blend with a facial tissue wrapped
around your finger. Add a little more tone to the ears. Don't worry if the color is
streaky; you'll be drawing over it.
SOFT PASTELS
If your base color appears especially streaky, try using a soft chalk pastel instead of
the pastel pencil. Soft pastels blend more easily than pencils because they have less
binder.
