restaurant whips up a good selection of cuisine you won't find elsewhere in Guimarães.
Changing art exhibitions decorate the walls, while the wild, jazz-washed garden (with tan-
gerine tree) produces most of the herbs used in the ancient stone kitchen. The chef is
something of a herbal alchemist, capable of brewing all manner of teas and tonics, too.
