cultural association runs an artsy cafe-bar that does film screenings, readings and occa-
sional dinner parties. There's a nice little patio out the back, and you can order cakes,
cookies and nice teas, and a full bar is also on offer.

was recently re-modelled and still serves up deep house to a crowd that generally skews
young. Take bus 1M and get off at the Molhe stop.

Set in a quaint 19th-century seaside home, this club
rumbles into the wee hours as great house tunes keep the party rolling for the moneyed
pretty people. It's a bit out of the way, but that breeze does feel good at dawn. There's also
a downtown Twins lounge on Cândido dos Reis.
