This
large, well-equipped, shady campground is 2km east of Olhão. The upside? It's near
Quinta Marim. The downside? It's by a train line and trains run between 6.45am and mid-
night. To get here, you can catch a municipal bus from the bus station.

Enthusiastic expatriates Michelle and Theo have converted this old
quinta
(farm-
house) into eight pleasant rooms - a creative blend of traditional Moorish with a touch of
contemporary hippy. The B&B is set within a lovely garden, complete with hammocks,
mosaic paths and fountains. A communal kitchen is a handy addition. It's located in Mon-
carapacho, four kilometers inland from Fuzeta. Ring for directions.
Eating

and is lined with seafood restaurants
open for lunch and dinner (closed in between). Follow your whim - nearly all serve good
cataplanas
(seafood stews) and
xerém
(similar to polenta) and charge between €8 and
€16.
