of town and overlooking the square, this São Brás institution (it's been around since 1952)
sells tasty pastries made on the premises. (Don't miss the Jesuítas , comprising puff pastry
and glaze).

hundred metres east of the Largo (beyond the museum), this is a local institution, famous
for its grilled mains - particularly its chicken. It's a large, busy and friendly place.

The municipality's tourist point, next to the municipal swimming pool and Jardim da Ver-
bena, has some excellent resources including some maps of self-guided walking tours in

Getting There & Away
Buses run to/from Faro (via Estói, €3.55, 30 minutes, nine daily) and to Loulé (€2.75, 25
