atmospheric rooms. Furnished with antiques, they have soothing colour schemes of pale

Dating from 1912,
this family owned hotel has a classic and elegant facade with its ochre paintwork and tra-
ditional green shutters. The rooms are brightly furnished with a yellow, blue and turquoise
colour scheme plus shiny marble-clad bathrooms complete with Jacuzzi. The small bal-
conies have forfeited the plastic for tasteful marble tables and have seamless sea views

If you are seeking utter tranquillity, head here. The setting is bu-
colic with rolling hills in every direction, interspersed with grape vines, grazing pastures
and olive trees. Family run, the 18-hectare farm produces its own
caprino
goat's cheese,
wine, olive oil and preserves. The restaurant uses primarily homegrown organic products
and has an outside terrace, which fronts onto vineyards. The rooms have cream- and
earth-coloured decor and surround a pretty private garden. Horse riding, cooking and
painting courses are regularly held; check the website and contact the friendly owners for
a schedule.
