İstanbul's antique tram, ferries (also in İzmir) and funicular railways are novelties. Free
travel on public transport within cities, and discounted tickets for longer journeys, are
common. Most car-rental companies can provide child-safety seats for an extra charge.
Buses often do not have functioning toilets, but stop every few hours.
