For a night out with Ankara's student population, head to Kızılay - particularly Bayındır
Sokak, between Sakarya and Tuna Caddesis. The tall, thin buildings pack in multiple
floors of bars, cafes and
gazinos
(nightclubs). Many clubs offer live Turkish pop music,
and women travellers should feel OK in most.
