the Yaka's multilingual and quick-witted owner, runs Kızkalesi's most welcoming
hostelry. The 17 rooms are impeccably tidy, breakfast (or specially ordered dinner) is
eaten in the attractive garden, and there's nothing Yakup doesn't know and/or can't organ-
ise locally. The Yaka is also a great place to meet travellers, especially those interested in
archaeology.
