Getting There & Away
Air
Antalya's airport is 10km east of the city centre on the D400 highway. There's a tourist in-
formation desk and car-hire counters here. Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet have several
daily flights year-round to/from İstanbul ( " 75 to " 120 one way) and Ankara ( " 50 to " 170).
Bus
Antalya's otogar is about 4km north of the city centre on highway D650. Services (at least
daily) include Ankara ( " 50, eight hours), Çanakkale ( " 65, 12 hours), Eğirdir ( " 25, 3½
hours), Fethiye (coastal/inland route, " 25/18, 7½/four hours), Göreme ( " 40, nine hours),
İstanbul ( " 65, 11½ hours) and İzmir ( " 40, eight hours).
Getting Around
Antalya's single-track old-style tramvay ( " 1.25) runs every half-hour between 7.30am and
9pm. The tram runs from the Antalya Museum (Müze stop) along Konyaaltı Caddesi,
Cumhuriyet Caddesi, Atatürk Caddesi and Isıklar Caddesi. You pay as you board.
