Çıralı
This relaxed, family-friendly hamlet of upscale pensions and hotels leads down to and
along a beach lined with a dozen restaurants, including Orange Home Restaurant (

Sleeping
Çıralı is a delightful beach community for nature lovers and post-backpackers. Driving in,
you cross a small bridge where taxis wait to run people back up to the main road. Contin-
ue across the bridge and you'll come to a junction in the road with innumerable sign-
boards.
From the junction after the bridge, go straight on for the pensions nearest to the path up
to the Chimaera. Turn right for those closer to the beach and the Olympos ruins.

spacious wooden bungalows are set around a pretty garden, and the food (vegetarian set

A beautiful place to stay. The garden is filled with hammocks, citrus trees, a pool and 11
bungalows (some ideal for families), and the comfortable main building has 26 rooms.
The Turkish-Canadian hosts serve excellent set meals (€10).
SIMA PEACE PENSION €€

throwback, this stalwart just down from the beach has five rooms and two bungalows hid-
den in an orange grove. Host Aynur cooks like a dream (evening buffet " 15 to " 20).
