İstanbul.
The best way to see this side of town is to explore by foot. From Sultanahmet, catch the
tram to Kabataş and the connecting funicular up to Taksim Meydanı. Then work your way
down İstiklal Caddesi, exploring its many side streets. At the foot of the boulevard is
Tünel Meydanı; follow Galipdede Caddesi downhill and you will be able to explore the
historic Galata neighbourhood before walking across Galata Bridge to Eminönü.
