Android Access Protection
Your Android needs security
A surprising number of people actually don't secure their android devices. With default set-
tings, you can access and use a device just by hitting the power button and sliding off the
Android lock. When you don't have any security feature set, literally anyone can just grab
your phone and likely have access to hordes of personal information and files. To protect
against that, it's very important that you set some kind of security lock up on your phones
and tablets
In current versions of Android, there are five options that each provide at least a basic level
of security. Not every device may have access to all of them.
Pattern - Setting a pattern where your finger moves across the screen hitting 9 points in a
specific manner to unlock your phone. While fairly easy to use, it's potentially vulnerable
to crafty individuals who reveal the fingerprints of your motion across the screen or simply
watch you as you unlock it to figure out the pattern.
