At this all-purpose agency, Nino Ter-
rano organises dives, rents out diving equipment (€35 per day) and scooters (€25 per day)
and offers boat trips around the island (€15 per person), pointing out local attractions
along the way. He can usually be found at Pecorini's small marina.

tiled terrace in tiny seaside Pecorini Mare. Pull up a straw-seated chair at a little wooden
table, admire the front-row view of colourful boats, rocky beach and sparkling Mediter-

seafood is accompanied by fresh produce from the surrounding gardens at this hillside res-
taurant, adjacent to the hotel of the same name. It's up a steep set of steps from the har-

Getting There & Around
Siremar (year-round) and Ustica Lines (summer only) run hydrofoils from Filicudi to Li-
pari (€15.80, 1¼ hours), Santa Marina Salina (€13.70, 45 minutes), Rinella (€11.40, 30
minutes) and Alicudi (€11.10, 30 minutes). Service is considerably less frequent than else-
where in the archipelago. Siremar also runs occasional car ferries to/from Filicudi.
