fresh local ingredients, with 80% of the produce originating in its own garden. The down-
stairs bar is popular for aperitifs and late-night drinking. At lunchtime it offers a fixed-

Orientation
Most boats dock at Santa Marina Salina, the island's biggest settlement. The town's main
street, Via Risorgimento, runs parallel to the seafront one block back from the port.
Salina's other main settlements are: Lingua, 3km south of Santa Marina Salina; Malfa, on
the northern coast; inland Leni; and Rinella, a tiny fishing hamlet on the southern coast.
Note that many hydrofoils stop in at Rinella as well as Santa Marina Salina.
