Fundació Joan Miró ( Click here )
Contrarian, surrealist, experimentalist and, above all, Catalan, Miró was a local boy who
went global with cutting-edge art that provoked and inspired. Barcelona can't claim Picasso
as a native but it can gloat about Miró, a talented artistic conjurer who, along with Dalí,
dragged surrealism into the mainstream. Fundació Joan Miró is the world's largest single
collection of his work.
