Arriving in Barcelona
El Prat Airport Frequent Aerobuses make the 35-minute run into town (€5.65) from 6am
to 1am. Taxis cost around €25. Train operator Renfe runs the R2 Nord line every half hour
from the airport to Estació Sants and Passeig de Gràcia in central Barcelona.
Estació Sants Long-distance trains arrive at this big station near the centre of town, which
is linked by metro to other parts of the city.
Estació del Nord The long-haul bus station is in L'Eixample, about 1.5km northeast of
Plaça de Catalunya. It's a short walk from several metro stations.
Getting Around
Metro The most convenient way to get around. Runs from 5am to midnight Sunday
through Thursday, to 2am on Friday and 24 hours on Saturday. Targeta T-10 (10-ride
passes) are the best value at €9.25. Otherwise it's €2 per ride.
